The swim includes 2 distances. The 2.6km swim will take swimmers out to the stunning Copper Island and back. In the 5km swim, swimmers go out to the Island, around the Island, and then return to the beach.

The swim features a choice of two distances in a stunning swimming area in Okanagan Lake, West Kelowna.

Cultus Lake is just 80km east of Vancouver, 35km from Abbotsford, and 12km from Chilliwack.
