Special Guest Coaches at this Saturday's Swim Clinic

This Saturday we are excited to have Jennifer Leach-Trask and Rhonda Talbot coach the clinics! Their relay team swam 35km from Sechelt to Nanaimo last year and have 10 ATLS’s under their swim belts! Come out and learn about the swim start, how to breathe, sighting, dealing with fatigue, the finish and much more! They’ll also be available to answer any questions you have.

Once again, Fresh Air will be on site to demo Aqua Sphere wetsuits and will be bringing the coffee! The coffee cruiser is also back!
