Package Pickup
What is inside my swim package?
In your package will be:
- a numbered swim cap
- your timing chip
- award winning towel
How do I get my timing chip?
You will pick up your timing chip when you pick up your event package.
Your timing chip must be put on your ankle! It does not matter which ankle.
I missed the swim, can I still get my package?
Yes! We hold swim packages for 7 days after the event date. If you are in Kelowna, we can make arrangements for you to pick it up. If you are out of town and would still like your package, you can schedule a courier to pick it up from us. All shipping charges are your responsibility.
Can a friend pick up my package?
Yes, a friend can pickup your package.
They will need to bring your name and your Confirmation ID# found in your registration confirmation email. They will sign for the package and will be responsible for getting the package to you.
