What happened to SwimPass?
SwimPass is retired because it only worked for swimmers doing 3+ events. Most of our community does 1-2 swims per year and got no benefits. The Lake Club is inclusive—everyone saves money and gets perks, whether you do one swim or ten.
I only do one swim per year. Is Lake Club worth it?
Yes! You’ll save 10% on that swim, get early registration access, and be part of our community. Plus, you might be inspired to do a second swim once you’re a member.
Can I upgrade from Lake Club to Plus later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade anytime by paying the $70 difference. All your benefits upgrade immediately.
How does guaranteed entry work if an event is sold out?
We reserve a specific number of spots in each event exclusively for Lake Club Plus members. Even after public registration closes, Plus members can still register until those reserved spots are filled.
What if I need to transfer more than once?
No problem! Plus members have unlimited transfers. Transfer as many times as you need throughout the year at no charge.
Can I share my free swim with someone else?
The free swim is registered in your name, but you can transfer it to someone else using your unlimited transfer benefit (Plus members only).
When does my membership expire?
Memberships are valid for 12 months from purchase date. You’ll receive a renewal reminder before expiration.
What if Plus fills up before I join?
Once we hit 250 members, Plus is closed. You can join the regular Lake Club or join a waitlist for 2027 Plus membership.
