    Elk Lake sits just 20 minutes north of downtown Victoria on the Saanich Peninsula. It’s warm, calm, and familiar to thousands of local swimmers, and it’s the training ground for Canada’s Olympic Rowing Team.

    Hamsterly Beach faces south, so you get full sun right through the evening in July. It’s a beautiful place to swim, and an easy place to spend the day.

    For Victoria area swimmers, this is your event. For everyone else, it’s a great excuse to visit the Island!
