We hope everyone had a great time at 2011 Interior Savings Across the Lake Swim. Judging by all the positive feedback we’ve been receiving, it seems you all did!

We try our best to provide a fun, safe, family event that is still challenging and gives you a sense of accomplishment when you swim up to the beach at the finish line. Year after year we constantly adjust the event to make it the best one ever and many of the changes we’ve made come from feedback from our participants.

Here’s your chance to have a say in next year’s event! We would love any feedback you may have, good or bad. The Across the Lake Swim Society (ATLSS) would like to thank all the volunteers who spent numerous hours putting this event together. All volunteers, including the directors, are true volunteers. No one gets paid here! When you volunteer, you are volunteering your time to make a great event which in turn promotes open water swimming in the Okanagan. You are not giving your time so others can put money in their pockets! If you would like to be involved in this great group of dedicated organizers, we would love to hear from you!

Next year will be the 64th edition of the swim and we can’t wait to get started. See you in 2012!
